Administration Assistant (Maternity Leave Role - Full Time)

Administration & Bookings Coordinator (Full Time)
This pivotal role is responsible for managing all administrative and operational aspects of camp and guest group bookings. From initial enquiry to post-camp follow-up, you will ensure a seamless and welcoming experience for all guests.
The Summit Program
Full-time paid mission & ministry training program over 1-2 years, based at CRU Galston Gorge.
Interested in getting hands-on experience in leading camps with a group of likeminded young Christians? The Summit Program could be for you.
As well as formal qualifications including a nationally recognised Certificate II and III Outdoor Recreation, a Certificate IV in Ministry and Theology (over two years), Senior First Aid & CPR and Bronze Medallion you’ll also receive in-house training covering topics such as Bible teaching, small group and upfront leading, engaging communication techniques, and you’ll be mentored by the senior Summit leadership team. You’ll also lead on camp where you’ll have the opportunity to share the gospel with thousands of students each year.
