CRU is a Bible-based, interdenominational Christian youth organisation committed to helping students in independent schools across Australia know and follow Jesus. We are seeking a highly organised and service-oriented Administration & Bookings Coordinator to join our team at CRU Lake Mac, a 45-hectare lakeside conference & campsite dedicated to gospel-centred ministry.
About the Role
This pivotal role is responsible for managing administrative and operational aspects of camp and guest group bookings. From initial enquiry to post-camp follow-up, you will ensure a seamless and welcoming experience for all guests. You will also support site operations, coordinate logistics, and contribute to the overall mission of CRU.
Key Responsibilities
Manage booking enquiries, client communications, and site tours
Coordinate camp logistics and liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Oversee guest services, including dietary requirements, feedback, and on-site support
Manage cleaning schedules, stock levels, and general site administration
Support the Site Director and assist with broader administrative tasks
Participate in staff devotions and contribute to CRU’s ministry culture
About You
A mature Christian faith and active involvement in a local church
Alignment with CRU’s Basis of Belief and mission
Strong administrative and coordination skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Flexible and willing to work outside standard hours when required
Previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded
